Child Safety Standards Policy

Camospace Holdings, LLC (“Camospace”) understands the importance of ensuring the safety of children on its mobile application (the “Application”) and is committed to maintaining an Application that is free of child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”) in accordance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards Policy.

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Camospace explicitly prohibits CSAE in any form on the Application. CSAE includes, but is not limited to, content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, such as:

  • Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
  • Sextorting a child
  • Trafficking of a child for sex
  • Otherwise sexually exploiting a child

Camospace will permanently ban any user and/or account found to be engaging in CSAE, and Camospace will report any and all instances of CSAE to the relevant authorities upon obtaining actual knowledge of the same within the Application.

Child Sexual Abuse Material

Camospace explicitly prohibits CSAM in any form on the Application. CSAM includes, but is not limited to, visual depictions such as photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

Camospace will permanently ban any user and/or account found to be engaging in CSAM, and Camospace will remove and report any and all instances of CSAM to the relevant authorities upon obtaining actual knowledge of the same within the Application. This includes, but is not limited to, reporting CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and other law enforcement agencies to ensure a swift resolution.

Mechanism for User Feedback

Camospace has provided a mechanism within the Application for users to identify inappropriate behavior or content, including CSAE and CSAM, and report them directly to Camospace without exiting the Application. To report this type of content, please follow these steps:

  • Flagging Content: Users may flag a post, chat, or text message as inappropriate by selecting the “Flag” option available on each piece of content.
  • Reason for Reporting: Upon selecting “Flag,” users are prompted to choose a reason for the report (e.g., abusive language, nudity, hate speech, harassment) and provide additional details if necessary.
  • Administrative Review Process: All flagged content is automatically sent to the administrative panel, where moderators review the report, assess the flagged content, and determine the appropriate action.
  • Action Taken: Administrators can take various actions based on the severity of the violation, including:
    • Warning the user for minor infractions
    • Removing the flagged content if it violates guidelines, including this Child Safety Standards Policy
    • Temporarily or permanently banning repeat offenders
  • Escalation for Critical Cases: In cases involving severe violations (e.g., explicit or illegal content), the report is escalated to the compliance or legal team for immediate intervention.

This system ensures that Camospace maintains a safe and respectful community by empowering users to report inappropriate content while allowing administrators to efficiently moderate flagged content.

Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Camospace complies with all applicable child safety laws, including, but not limited to, those governing the identification and reporting of CSAE and CSAM as well as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. As previously stated, Camospace will report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
